This is why I created our Food & Wine Retreat.

It’s a small-group, women-only weekend designed to make connection feel easy; through shared experiences like cooking together, sitting down to long meals, drinking good wine and actually having proper conversations.

You don’t need to come with anyone.
You don’t need to be confident or outgoing.
You don’t need to “put yourself out there”.

Girls, I’ve just quit my job to build something I wish had existed years ago.

The Girl Collective is about real connection.
Because making friends as an adult is HARD.
This isn’t silent yoga on cliffs. Not ice baths at dawn.

It’s about fun weekends, good food, wine, creativity, rest - and meeting women without it feeling awkward or forced.

I realised I was lonely in ways I didn’t want to admit. And every time I said that out loud, other women I spoke to said the same thing:
“Me too… but how?”

I couldn’t find something that felt right, so I’ve decided to build it.

I’ve taken a big leap to give this the chance it deserves, and I’m sharing the journey as I go.
